WalkIn . . . DanceOut
A range of embodied Therapeutic Coaching experiences to rediscover the spring in your step, the rhythm in your flow and the song in your heart.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Richmond is by far the most beautiful part of London.
Located only 20-30min train ride from central London. It has the incredible Richmond Park with ancient woods and wild deer, as well as the ever busy and beautiful River Thames.
We are truly blessed to call it home. Having lived in Richmond for almost 16 years we know every path, lane, coffee shop, hotel and spa.
If you are looking for an easy and pleasant escape from London, look no further.
You can either come and spend a day or if coming from further a field why not stay a night or two at one the many amazing hotels in town such as the…
Bingham River House, Richmond Hotel, Harbour Hotel or Selwyn Hotel.
And if you are feeling the need for some friendly and professional therapeutic coaching support whilst in town then we would be honoured to be of service.
We guarantee you gentle care, lived wisdom and deep presence within beautiful, comfortable and nourishing surroundings, that will ground your body and uplift your spirit. A truly sole to soul experience.
In keeping with our core mission of "Bridging Worlds" we do our best to integrate and reconcile science, psychology, therapy and spirituality to form powerful lenses through which to broaden one’s view and understanding of self and life.
We believe that integrity and integration of simple and timeless practices and values as the foundations of wellbeing. From the physical aspects of: clean air (breath), water, nourishing food, safe shelter, exercise and deep sleep. To the non-physical values of: honesty, love, integrity and joy. In order to be a wholesome, valuable and harmonious human, one must sincerely seek honest awareness, alignment and connection with self (Mind, Body and Soul).
The practices we facilitate, and wisdom's we share, have been profound tools in our own wellbeing journey.
Mindfulness, Meditation, Deep Listening, Breath, Yoga, Walking and Dance.
Everything we offer is invitational. Allowing you the autonomy to choose the depth and pace of engagement. You are always in control of your experience.
Our walks are all about the depth of presence, connection and appreciation...not the distance, destination or endurance. Our walks are gentle and mindful and are punctuated with exercises such as breath-based meditations that help regulate and balance the nervous system as well as open the heart and mind to inspiration as well as genuine appreciation and expression.
The dancing, is not for performance, but for transformance. It is mindful and metaphorically enlightening with movements and music that enable changes in one’s emotional and physical state. From gentle and slow to fast and fun. Both solo and with a partner. A wonderful way of rediscovering and understanding the language of your body, to express what is true and release what is heavy.

Richmond-upon-Thames
The Happiest Place in the UK
For many years Richmond has been voted the 'Most Happiest Place' to live in the UK.
It has quaint shops in alleyways. It's now the focal point for Ted Lasso (Insta feed if you want to be 'in-the-know'). We have Richmond Royal Park, a former royal hunting ground that expands over 8 miles squared, which is stunning in all seasons. Together we've walked nearly every path of this park.
We are also have the river Thames which brings with it an array of life of all kinds.
Richmond is a safe, friendly and well appointed town in which we are blessed to have built up a wonderful community. From our local baristas, restauranteurs, hoteliers and soulful wellbeing practitioners. All of which we would love to share with you.
Check out our friend, The Richmonder, for an insight into our town.
