We designed and delivered a Soulwalk for her Global Team with pyscho-somatic (mind-body) exercises and guidance to support the team as they worked through how to improve human communication skills and to find new perspectives on how the business operates.

Business Wide Values Exploration
With a history of working with Colin Priestley-Wall, we were invited to explore innovate ways to embody newly proposed business values.

Using 'Creative Play', 'Lego' and our own Soulwalk methodology we hosted a day of experiential sessions with feedback built in to engage the whole business with the task at hand.

Our role was, over a two year period to enhance and focus on certain aspects.

We created a programme to include personalised 1-1 Nutrition sessions with Sue Camp, themed and open Soulwalks, Talks on Mental Health and morning meditations for the UK office.
Be Richmond
Events, Talks, Workshops for Local Employees
Commissioned by Be Richmond, the Business Improvement District, we created a 6-month programme including meditation Soulwalks sign-posted around the town.

The activities included Be Well Walks, Running Club, Dance, Talks on Wellbeing all communicated through the local business network and social media advertising.
